Any information related to payments is encrypted, using HTTPS technology with TLS encryption.<\/p>\r\n<p>If card payment is not chosen, the Site Customer may pay:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Cash on delivery<\/strong> \u2014 at the time of delivery of the order;<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>By bank transfer (payment order)<\/strong> \u2014 all necessary information (IBAN, bank, etc.) will be transmitted after the order is finalized.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>We are not responsible for the erroneous processing of the payment or for errors recorded through the payment system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>6.4 Invoicing<\/h3>\r\n<p>For each purchase, we will issue a fiscal invoice. Product Delivery Policy<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.1 Delivery Term<\/h3>\r\n<p>Any order will be delivered within the limit of available stock. The order processing term is <strong>1\u20133 working days<\/strong>. The product delivery term is between <strong>1 and 3 working days<\/strong> from the moment the order processing is completed (handover to the courier). On non-working days and legal holidays, no order processing or deliveries are carried out.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.2 Busy Periods<\/h3>\r\n<p>During busy promotional periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than 1\u20133 working days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.3 Courier Company<\/h3>\r\n<p>The delivery of products by THE GLAMS EMPIRE S.R.L. is ensured by a courier company with which a delivery contract has been previously concluded. Due to the fact that delivery is made through a third-party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any issue regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.4 Damaged Parcels<\/h3>\r\n<div class=\"highlight\">\r\n    <p>If the parcel is severely damaged upon receipt, we recommend the buyer to <strong>refuse the parcel<\/strong> and contact the seller. Subsequent complaints regarding this aspect will be null and void.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.5 Incomplete Information<\/h3>\r\n<p>Due to information provided incorrectly or incompletely by the buyer, the seller does not guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines. In certain cases, the order may be canceled by the seller.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>7.6 Suspicious Orders<\/h3>\r\n<p>The seller has the right to refuse suspicious orders (a very large number of products ordered or repetition of returned orders).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"sectiunea-8\">8. Such a communication is valid by simple proof from the Seller of its sending.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Seller has the right to use other methods of transmission (post, courier, bailiffs) for its communications to the User.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"sectiunea-14\">14.
